Marcus P. Thomford, Construction Consultant, has worked over 21 years in various construction industry trades. He is well versed in large and small loss evaluations and estimating. He has been working in construction on various trades such as:  framing new construction homes with I.C.F./ block/ wood foundations, roofing, drywall, masonry flat work and chimneys, stone/brick and tuckpointing, siding, window/door installs, interior trim/cabinetry, all types of flooring install, and demolition of many kinds of structures. Marcus has been estimating in Xactimate for the last 14 years while overseeing a large volume of projects including emergency services, mitigation and reconstruction claims, along with assorted remodeling projects.

Marcus is currently using his expertise as a Construction Consultant where he provides expertise in building damage evaluations and cost estimating to Lerch Bates’ clients.
