Todd Folden

Todd Folden has been with Lerch Bates since 2019, working in our Pacific Northwest Office providing elevator consulting services for new equipment design, modernization work, maintenance audit work, and due diligence services. Todd has been in the elevator trade for over 35 years. Prior to coming to work for Lerch Bates, Mr. Folden worked for TKE Elevator as Branch Manager in Everett and Major Accounts Operations Manager in Seattle.
