Dan Liening

Dan Liening joined Lerch Bates as a consultant in March 2024. Dan works in our Seattle office and provides vertical transportation design and analysis the construction market. His experience extends through low, mid, and high-rise new construction and modernization projects; for residential, commercial, educational, medical, and government facilities. He started his career in conveyance in 2001 providing materials and solutions to elevator trades in his related markets. Dan brings 17 years of combined sales, service, and management experience from companies such as HILTI, Lift Solutions, ITI Hydraulik, Puget Sound Elevator, and Schindler Elevator in Seattle.
