Todd Cina, Regional Managing Director, began working for Lerch Bates in April 2019, currently working in our Minneapolis location as a Consultant and Project Manager, providing vertical transportation design and analysis. Todd brings 28 years of industry experience, having worked for ThyssenKrupp for 21 years and for Otis for 5 years. Todd has an extensive background with vertical transportation system modernization design and project management. In addition to this, Todd has a comprehensive understanding of quality maintenance services that preserve the integrity of the building assets.
