About Chris

After working as a Project Engineer for a large General Contractor, Chris joined Lerch Bates in 2017. As a Senior Specialist, he provides a wide range of building enclosure services.

 

Chris has provided building enclosure consulting services for developers, contractors, architects, and building owners on new construction projects including those for the federal government, municipalities, institutions, and the private sector. His responsibilities on such projects include on-site quality assurance observations, field performance testing, and report writing. Chris’s building enclosure testing knowledge encompasses both water performance and air leakage testing including ASTM E1105, ASTM E783, ASTM E779, ASTM E1186, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Air Leakage Test Protocol for full building testing and diagnostics.
