Brandon Schwartz

As Project Manager, Mr. Schwartz is responsible for the following functions:

• Work with other team members to plan, coordinate and develop solutions from Client and Consultant input.
• Preparing preliminary project designs and sketches and coordinating project design and drawing delivery with
• Client.
• Design Visualization and Presentation as required.
• Produce façade access BOD reports, performance-based drawings, and specifications.
• Building Information Modeling and CAD.
• Performs engineering calculations as required.
• Façade Access Equipment building inspections.
• Oversees post installation façade access equipment.
• Produce engineering drawings and OSHA annual inspections.
