Behrouz works in Lerch Bates’s Fairfax office providing structural repair and enclosure consulting services. Behrouz specializes in repair and restoration of garages, roofing, façade, plaza, Balcony, and below-grade waterproofing. Behrouz will be providing enclosure and structural assessment and design reviews, construction phase consultation and functional performance testing, Behrouz is also an active member of BEC|DC board.
