Prior to joining Lerch Bates, I served in the capacity of Manager for a Dallas-based elevator inspection firm at which he gained valuable experience in sales, customer service, marketing, and profit/labor management. I joined the Lerch Bates family in March of 2015 as a Project Support Technician (PST) serving out of our Dallas Regional Office. My role and responsibility within Lerch Bates grew as I was promoted to Office Manager of the Lerch Bates inspection division known as Lerch Bates Inspection Services (LBIS) in September of 2015. In late 2018, Lerch Bates sold the Inspection Services line of business, and I was retained
to serve as a Project Manager, Elevator Consulting Group. My current role involves project organization from proposal to deliverable and supporting our existing building consultants with modernization and maintenance specifications, maintenance audits, building acquisition services and serving as primary intermediary between client and consultant to ensure Class A level of responsiveness.
