Ryan S. Joyner

Ryan Joyner, Technical Director, began working for Lerch Bates in 2015 and is currently working in the Lerch Bates Central/North Region. Ryan has been providing building enclosure design and consultation on various new and restoration projects for over twenty years. His responsibilities include preparation of architectural design documents, forensic evaluation of building envelope assemblies, quality assurance field observations, building performance testing and diagnostics on both new and rehabilitation construction projects.
