Dawn Mashburn Gibson, Project Manager, began working for Lerch Bates in 2022 and is currently working in the Lerch Bates West Region providing vertical transportation design and analysis. Previously, Dawn’s experience has been in healthcare with over 20 years in Pharmacy & Ambulatory Surgical centers as a material coordinator.
