John Arther

Since 2009, John Arther has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Lerch Bates where he is responsible for forecasting, reporting and achieving sustainable, profitable growth as the multidisciplinary firm continues to innovate and deliver Total Building Performance™ to our clients. Alongside earning his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver, Arther has gained over 40 years of experience in Financial Business Management and currently leads teams supporting the delivery of our services, in areas such as HR, Accounting, IT, Contracts and Risk Management.
