Nick Schaeffer

Nick Schaeffer works in the Lerch Bates Washington DC office providing vertical transportation design and analysis, bringing 13 years of vertical transportation experience. Prior to joining Lerch Bates as a consultant, Nick worked for OTIS Elevator and Mitsubishi Elevators & Escalators as a modernization superintendent providing project oversight including but not limited to keeping projects under budget, forecasting labor needs, vertical transportation equipment surveys, adhering to quality and client specific deadlines in the Washington DC, Virginia, and Baltimore markets. Prior to his management position, he worked as an elevator mechanic in the modernization department for OTIS Elevator.
