Christopher Fortich joined Lerch Bates as a Senior Consultant in September 2025. Christopher works in the San Jose office providing vertical transportation consulting for architectural design (new construction) and existing buildings (modernization). Christopher has 12+ years of experience in the vertical transportation industry having worked for two other consulting firms and Otis Elevator Company as a project manager. Christopher worked on complex projects incorporating emerging technologies, such as person readers with A.I. driven facial recognition to elevator destination dispatch control systems and access control turnstile systems.
