About Kyle

Kyle Apperson has been with Lerch Bates since 2020. He is currently working in the Lerch Bates Seattle office providing vertical transportation design and analysis. Kyle started his 27 year career at Montgomery Elevator in 1992 as a Mechanical Engineer. He worked at Fujitec America as an Engineer and occupied various engineering management roles in his 15 year tenure, including R&D Manager & Director of Engineering. He then spent the next 10 years in field operations management primarily overseeing service and repair at Centric Elevator in Phoenix. Kyle moved to Seattle in 2017 and worked for Eltec as Service Manager overseeing 20 service routes.
