Jeff Peterson

Jeff Peterson works in Lerch Bates’s Chicago office providing architectural design consulting for vertical transportation.  Jeff specializes in new vertical transportation design services starting with master planning and continuing through concept design, schematic design, design development and construction document phases.  With 38 years of hands-on industry experience and 9 years in consulting, Jeff can effectively lead a design team through the bid review process, ensuring the proposed equipment and services meet specifications.   Jeff’s meticulous coordination with other trades during the submittal review process helps clients avoid costly change orders and schedule delays during construction.
