Scott Vicino

Scott has been with BECS for 5 years and has 13 years of engineering and construction contracting experience. Extensive experience with Multi-Family and Mixed-Use New Construction. Prior to BECS Scott was staffed by Harkins Construction, a Large Contracting Company. Experience extends to red-line drawings/specification review, shop drawing review and submittal reviews. On-site Inspections and Testing are extremely competent and efficient.   

Experience includes evaluating existing structures for water intrusion and structural deficiencies.  Forensic testing experience includes ASTM C1601 water absorption of masonry walls, ASTM E2128 Standard Guide for evaluating water leakage of Building Walls. Other evaluation techniques include electronic leak detection of horizontal water proofing membranes utilizing low and high voltage systems and utilizing infrared for full building surveys and forensics. Prior general contracting experience facilitates BECS’ bid-ding process and quality assurance oversight and inspections for large scale repair projects.
