Richard comes to Lerch Bates, bringing with him over seven years of construction experience. Having worked in the field, he has developed a fine eye for detail in building construction logistics and takes pride in his work.
During his free time, Richard enjoys cooking, camping, and hiking. It isn’t uncommon to find him singing along with a folk band in an Irish pub.
