In 2019, Cameron joined Lerch Bates in the role of Engineer. Cameron works in the Minnesota office and provides consulting services for forensic engineering, expert witness support, condition assessments, fire damage assessments, water damage assessments, building rehabilitation, storm damage investigations, and design and construction phase services for rehabilitation projects and new projects. He also consults on building enclosure systems, including air and vapor barriers, roofing assemblies, curtain walls, exterior cladding/façades, and waterproofing.
Prior to joining Lerch Bates, Cameron worked as a Project Engineer focusing on private site development and has over 6 years of experience in design, observation, and project management of civil engineering projects of all sizes, including site design, utilities, landfills, multi-use trails, and grading projects.
In his free time, Cameron enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, and spending time with his wife and his black lab.
