Traci Powell

Traci is a Professional Structural Engineer licensed in the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, West Virginia, and Ohio. She holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from the Pennsylvania State University, where she specialized in building structures.  
 
Traci began consulting on structures in 2005. She has served as the structural engineer, project manager, and subject matter expert for a wide variety of projects including new construction, renovations/rehabilitations, surveys/assessments, façade ordinance inspections, and expert witness consulting. Her extensive experience in repair and restoration includes historic renovations, façade rehabilitations and inspections, structural repair designs, parking garage rehabilitations, concrete and masonry repair, and sidewalk transformer vault restoration. 
 
Traci also has extensive experience in rope-access and difficult-access assessments of building façades and structures. She holds a SPRAT – Level 1 technician certification and serves as the team leader of BECS’s Façade Access Support Technician (FAST) Team.
