About Frank
Frank is a Project Manager and Professional Engineer in the Baltimore Office. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree focused on civil engineering with a structural emphasis. As a professional engineer, he has developed experience in the repair and restoration engineering and building envelope consulting field with projects executed in VA, MD, DC, MN, PA, NC, SC. and NE. These projects have focused on multiple building components and types such as roofs, fall protection/building access systems, cladding, fenestrations, balconies, plazas, structural systems, and parking structures. He is also certified through the Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians (SPRAT) to perform rope access façade assessments.
Frank has been an active member of several professional organizations including the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), and the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC).
