Mr. Padilla is a Senior Consultant in the vertical transportation industry based in Lerch Bates’ South Florida office with more than 35 years of hands‑on and leadership experience. He provides modernization consulting and new‑equipment advisory services, as well as maintenance quality‑control evaluations, maintenance monitoring, and contract consulting.
Beginning his career in New York City as a field technician, Mr. Padilla has spent the past 23 years serving the South Florida market in roles including Modernization Specialist, Superintendent, Adjuster, and Foreman on major elevator and escalator projects.
