About Ameeta
Ameeta began her career as an Architect in 1999 where she focused on design, production of construction documents, and consultant coordination for multifamily projects, medical buildings, and commercial buildings. She has been licensed for 16 years in the State of Texas and LEED AP since 2004.
At Lerch Bates, Ameeta is responsible for overseeing large rehabilitation projects relating to water infiltration testing & subsequent damages on a wide variety of building envelope systems. She possesses direct experience with mid-rise & high-rise buildings. Her primary responsibilities include property condition assessments, observation of destructive test openings, design, bid-phase consultation, quality assurance, and construction administration. She brings a client-centric focus to her rehabilitation projects by keeping an open line of communications with all parties and ensuring that quality assurance remains a priority.
In her free time, Ameeta enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her husband and two children.
