About Tamara
Tamara began working for Lerch Bates in October 2020 and is currently working in the Texas office as the Regional Managing Director. She provides expertise in design development, technical plan and specification peer reviews, and quality assurance field observations related to exterior enclosure systems (air, water, thermal and vapor control layers) to Owners, Architects, and General Contractors. Tamara’s breadth of expertise and tenacious personality allows her to effectively integrate with project teams responsible for delivering complex building envelope systems.
Tamara has been on the forefront of design-assist and specifications development for building envelope systems across multiple market sectors in the commercial construction industry. Her experience includes both new construction administration consultation and forensic investigations and allows her the ability to apply knowledge gained from each project. Her innovation has provided teams with systems that meet or exceed design intent, cost & sustainability.
