Winslow House Building Enclosure Assessment Project
Lerch Bates was retained by the Condominium Association and Property Manager to design and oversee a lintel repair project in Minneapolis, MN, which included new balcony waterproofing and a new through-wall flashing system on the 11-story condominium. Lerch Bates’ scope of services included assessment of the building enclosure with observation of test openings, presentation of two conceptual repair approaches to the project team, development of design drawings and specifications, oversight of contractor bidding and selection, review of contractor submittal packages, mock-up consultation services, leading weekly progress meetings, review of monthly pay applications, quality assurance observations, completing a punch-list observation, and providing as-built drawings.
