Uptown 240 Condominiums Project

Uptown 240 is a new for-sale residential building in Dillon, CO with four levels of condominiums above two levels of parking.  The complex also features an amenity deck, community rooms, a restaurant, and fitness center. With the design including multiple cladding types and transitions, the building enclosure systems are a critical consideration for this project to ensure long-term performance.

Lerch Bates services to Studio PBA Architects included a Design Charrette Meeting, Technical Plan and Specifications Reviews, Shop Drawing & Submittal Reviews, participation in Pre-Construction Meetings,  On-site Quality Assurance Observations and ASTM E783 Air Infiltration & ASTM E1105 Water Penetration Tests for mock-up and in-place conditions.
