AIM High: Elevating Leadership Across the Nation

Throughout Q2 of 2025, Lerch Bates took leadership development to new heights with five dynamic AIM High Leadership Elevation training sessions held across four cities — Baltimore, Denver, Minneapolis, and Dallas. The trainings opened up new avenues for collaboration, provided LB managers with new tools and insights for continued advancement of the LB ESOP, and empowered them to lead with purpose.

Each session featured impactful presentations from LB’s executive leadership and HR teams alongside a powerful keynote from renowned organizational psychologist Dr. Eve Meceda. Dr. Meceda brought fresh energy and expertise, guiding attendees through the principles of a Growth Mindset—where continuous learning, open feedback, collaboration and experimentation are not just encouraged, but expected.

The internal sessions focused on the fundamentals that drive LB’s success, including Financial Foundations of the LB ESOP and Key Insights for Employee-Owner Success. Dr. Meceda complemented this by emphasizing the importance of tailored communication—understanding how and when your team best receives feedback, whether it’s verbal, written, or even time-of-day specific. Her message was clear: when we understand ourselves and our teams, we unlock the full potential of our organization.

After each day’s sessions, managers stepped out for team-building outings—sharing industry stories and creating community, a LB core value, that strengthens relationships across departments and regions. These moments of connection are the foundation of a culture where ideas flow freely, innovation thrives and our ESOP continues to grow.
