Lerch Bates was excited to join POWERFUL XIII: OUT LOUD, the annual conference presented by the AIA Los Angeles Women in Architecture Committee as an Advocate Sponsor. Held at The Colburn School in Los Angeles, the event brought together architects, designers, industry leaders, and advocates for a day of learning, connection, and celebration centered on advancing women in architecture.
This year’s theme, “Out Loud,” encouraged attendees to amplify their voices, challenge barriers, and help shape the future of the profession. Through inspiring keynote presentations, engaging panel discussions, interactive workshops, and meaningful networking opportunities, participants explored topics ranging from leadership and mentorship to workplace equity and professional growth.
Our team had an amazing time connecting with attendees, supporting important conversations, and celebrating the remarkable women who continue to make an impact across the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. Events like POWERFUL XIII highlight the value of diverse perspectives and the importance of creating opportunities for future generations of leaders.
Thank you to the AIA Los Angeles Women in Architecture Committee for organizing another outstanding event and fostering a community dedicated to advocacy, visibility, and leadership.
