During the third week of Employee Ownership Month, Lerch Bates celebrated our ESOP by hosting two events centered around learning and networking.
LB hosted The ESOP Association’s Rocky Mountain Chapter Let’s Talk ESOPs session, at our headquarters in Highlands Ranch, where employee-owners from companies across the region gathered for a roundtable to share ESOP communication strategies, network and learn from one another’s unique experiences at their respective employee-owned companies.
Our ESOP trustee also hosted a session for our employee-owners company-wide on how our share price is determined each year and the role the trustee plays in that process.
From sharing ideas with fellow ESOP companies to looking behind the share price, ownership is something we keep learning and growing into together. With the rest of October still ahead, we’re excited to keep the celebration going and to carry that ownership mindset into everything we do.
