Schofield Behavioral Health and Dental Clinic Project

Schofield Barracks Military Reservation in Honolulu, HI, established in 1908, serves as the largest permanent installation of the U.S. Army outside of the continental United States. The new Behavioral Health/Dental Clinic is a three-story, 76,000-SF clinic that will be in what is currently designated as a historical district. The facility provides additional space for the increasing demand for behavioral health medical services, consolidates dental services into one building and decreases the need for patients to travel to Tripler Army Medical Center for care.

Working with Hensel Phelps Construction, Lerch Bates’ services on the project included a review of the Owners Project Requirements and Basis of Design, Technical Plan and specifications Reviews, Preparation of BECx Plan and Specifications, Shop Drawing and Submittal Reviews, QC Checklists, On-site Quality Assurance Observations, Air Barrier Performance Test Witnessing, and Close-Out Quality Assurance and Reporting.
