The project includes approximately 812,000 Sf of new building and 117,000 building renovation that will transform the Duluth skyline. The design includes new Medical Outpatient and Inpatient building towers, which has two central service floor plates that tie the towers together. Project amenities include a rooftop plaza/garden space and required high level feedback from the envelope consultant. The project is slated for completion in early 2022.
Working with Ewing Cole Architects, Lerch Bates’ services include a facade assessment, on-call consulting during schematic design, technical peer review, shop drawing and submittals review, pre-construction phase meetings, laboratory mock-up consultation, and quality assurance observations.
