High Park

Located in the industrial and northern city of Monterrey, Mexico. A city known for its majestic mountains and business mentality. This project with 12 stories above grade and 4 stories below grade was designed to take full advantage of its geographic location and to “foster the interaction between occupants”. The building’s main facade opens to the public plaza, while also stepping back as a way to promote interaction between individuals and the community.
