Lerch Bates, a 75-year-old Built Environment technical firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kyle Franzen as Chief Growth Officer, located in our Chicago office. Kyle joins the team with more than 35 years of experience in the Vertical Transportation and AEC industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge and Executive level acumen to the company.
Throughout his career, Kyle has gained experience in both construction and OEM/service provider roles at renown AEC companies in positions that include General Manager, Vice President & Regional General Manager and Vice President – Strategy, Business Development and M&A. Notably, Kyle led the team that was responsible for securing and the modernizing the Willis Tower in Chicago as well as leading several successful acquisitions in his tenure at Otis.
