Lerch Bates saved the best for last and closed out Employee Ownership Month celebrating what makes our company unique: our employee-owners.
Throughout October, we took time to recognize the value of employee ownership through education, conversations, and events that highlighted what it means to have a personal stake in the future of our company. Employee ownership is more than a benefit. It’s a mindset that empowers each of us to think long-term, work collaboratively, and contribute to the success we share together.
We capped off the month with our annual Halloween festivities, bringing employee-owners together for some well-earned fun. From creative costumes and festive decorations to friendly competition and plenty of yummy treats, the celebration was a reminder that the strength of our company comes from the people who make it great every day.
We would like to highlight some of these awesome employee-owners as the winners of our company-wide Halloween Costume and Pumpkin Decorating Contest.

While Employee Ownership Month may only come once a year, ownership is something we live year-round. Every project we support, every client relationship we build, and every challenge we solve contributes to our collective success as employee-owners.
Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s Employee Ownership Month activities and helped make October a meaningful celebration of our ownership culture. Here’s to continuing to build on that spirit of ownership, collaboration, and shared success throughout the year.
