To help maintain the high quality of the Bowen, Lerch Bates assisted StreetLights Residential with technical peer reviews of drawings and specifications, subcontractor submittal and shop drawing reviews, Construction Phase quality assurance observations and reporting, and a building enclosure field performance testing program including ASTM E783 air infiltration and ASTM E1105 water penetration testing.
