City of Glendale Project

The City of Glendale engaged us in 2023 to assess and modernize its elevator systems across multiple municipal buildings, ranging in construction from the 1980s to the early 2000s. The project began with a comprehensive audit of the existing elevator infrastructure, leading to the identification of necessary updates to enhance safety, efficiency, and performance.

Following the initial audit, we commenced a modernization initiative on 12 buildings, encompassing a total of 16 elevators. The ongoing modernization efforts are designed to integrate contemporary technologies and ensure compliance with the latest industry standards, extending the longevity and reliability of the elevator systems for the City of Glendale.
