Role: 

Accounts Receivable/Administrator

About: 

Lerch Bates Europe is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team. This role will involve managing customer accounts, processing invoices and payments, managing outstanding balances, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This is a remote working position.

Key Responsibilities: 

    • Raising and processing invoices
    • Overseeing customer accounts
    • Managing overdue payments and debtor reports
    • Assisting with office administration and client accounts
    • Supporting with month-end financial tasks

Requirements: 

    • Previous experience in accounts receivable or administration
    • Attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Communication and interpersonal skills
