Recently, AIA Minnesota recognized a Lerch Bates project, the L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library with an Honor Award for Excellence in Design for Equitable Communities, Economy, Resources, Integration, Change and Well-being. Led by MSR Design, the 1970’s building in Eau Claire, Wisc. was given new life with a roof-level expansion, public plaza and windows where the natural light was formerly dismal.

Ryan Kohl and Team LB provided comprehensive enclosure services, including Design Review, Shop Drawing Submittal review, Quality Assurance Observations, Water Testing and Air Barrier Testing.

Whether a project is a complicated addition to an existing building or a brand-new design, the Lerch Bates Enclosure Design & Consulting team will maximize performance for long-term building optimization. To learn more about LB Enclosures & Structures, click here.
