Meet Michael Kirk, Lerch Bates Europe Lift Consultant, with more than 22 years of lift industry experience. Based in Stoke-on-Trent, he provides specialist consultancy services across the Midlands and Southern region of the United Kingdom.
Beginning his career on the technical side of the lift industry, Michael has developed a wealth of expertise in troubleshooting technical issues, testing following modernization and repair works, and carrying out Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) examinations. This hands-on technical background is complemented by a strong commercial acumen, with proven experience in technical estimating, customer relations and project management.
