Meet Chris Manning, Director of New Development, with over 25 years of consulting experience. Beginning his career in the lift industry as a Project Engineer with Fujitec, Chris has since progressed to Director of New Developments for London’s premiere consulting firm Lerch Bates. In this capacity, Chris has led teams of highly skilled technical experts, delivering landmark projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Chris possesses extensive expertise across the full lifecycle of vertical transportation systems, from initial traffic analysis and concept design to final acceptance inspections. His experience spans a wide variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, transport infrastructure, and more.

As Director of New Development, Chris’s current responsibilities include:

• • Administration of design and construction services for vertical transportation equipment
  • Vertical transportation systems analysis
  • Preparation of contract documents for vertical transportation equipment
  • Review of vertical transportation tender documents and recommendation
  • Final acceptance inspection and witness testing

Throughout his career, Chris has worked on several high-profile developments. Notably, Chris has worked on The Shard, Red Sea International Airport, Heron Tower and multiple luxury residential towers in Dubai.
