Located near Denver’s Union Station, The Coloradan is a state-of-the-art development consists of 334 for-sale units, approximately 1,765 SM of retail space, a rooftop pool deck & club room, and residents’ garden space for occupants and the community to enjoy. As a for-sale project, Lerch Bates understood the additional risk associated with this large-scale development and rose to the challenge of aiding the project team in mitigating envelope related risks throughout the design and construction phases.
Lerch Bates first provided design charrette assistance, and technical peer reviews of the drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for GBD Architects. Pie’s services continued through Preconstruction meetings and training seminars and an ongoing building enclosure field performance testing program under BuildMark.
