Constructed in 1992, the Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel offers guests over 62,245 SM of casino space, 404 hotel rooms, a pool, whirlpool, spa, salon, as well as a lounge featuring live music, an upscale steak house, and a food court. The lobby features many museum-quality displays of Meskwaki artifacts and photos, showing guests a long and proud Native American heritage.
Lerch Bates was retained by the Sac & Fox Tribe to conduct an assessment of the two hotel towers that guided a large scale building modernisation project for which Lerch Bates is the designer of record. The modernisation project includes complete facade replacement with a new aesthetic scheme and lighting, HVAC replacement, roof replacement, and guest room interior upgrades.
