In addition to the single ply roofing membrane, the hailstorm that hit this manufacturing facility damaged other metal roof elements including the RTU’s. Lerch Bates assisted the client by determining that the RTU’s could be repaired rather than replaced and identified specific locations of water intrusion through the roof membrane and parapet. By pinpointing these conditions, Lerch Bates was able to assist the client in prioritising repairs.
