Laguardia Airport Central Terminal Building

LaGuardia Gateway Partners (LGP) is the private organization selected by former Gov. Cuomo and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to rebuild and operate LaGuardia Airport’s Terminal B. The new central terminal building will cover an area of 120,774 square meters. It will feature 38 aircraft gates, 214 check-in counters and kiosks, baggage handling systems with a centralised in-line, a baggage screening facility, and 494m of baggage claim device presentation frontage.

Lerch Bates is providing vertical transportation consulting services for HOK for the installation of 36 lifts, 32 escalators, 4 moving walks and 4 dumbwaiters.
