About this project

The South Terminal Redevelopment Program at the Denver International Airport (DIA) is made up of independent yet physically integrated projects, which include the construction of a planned 500-room Westin hotel and conference center, an RTD FasTracks commuter rail station and improvements to the existing concourse baggage and train systems. In addition, the program includes an open-air plaza, complete with new concessions and leasable space, which connects the development to the existing Jeppesen Terminal. The vertical transportation portion of the project includes twenty elevators and thirty escalators and the FACG portion includes full facade access consulting services for access to the complete building exterior and all fall preventions requirements.
