David Fagone

David Fagone works in Lerch Bates’ Boston Office providing solutions-based consulting. David specializes in vertical transportation consulting, as well as commercial and industrial material transfer zones. He has over a decade of leadership and project management experience with Fortune 500 companies as well as Local and Small Businesses in new construction, modernisation, and service delivery. David most recently served as the Modernization Specialist for the Greater Boston Area, and as the Senior Service Manager for Boston’s Seaport and Financial Districts, during his 7-years at Otis Elevator Company. Prior to the elevator industry, David was a Territory Manager for Rite-Hite equipment. David earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Hartford.
