Dan Gosswiller

Dan Gosswiller joined Lerch Bates in 2002 after spending 12 years in the lift industry with Lagerquist Elevator and ThyssenKrupp Elevator in sales and management. Since 2002 he has worked in multiple roles at Lerch Bates including Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Regional Manager of the Lerch Bates Minneapolis office, as well as Manager of the Willis Tower modernisation project in Chicago. As the Area Practice Leader for the Lerch Bates Central Region, Dan is responsible for overseeing the creation, implementation, and enforcement of Lerch Bates Technical and Design Standards. The Area Practice Leader provides mentoring, direction, and guidance to technical domain staff as well as collaborating with the Area Vice Presidents and Regional Business Leaders to implement strategic plans for the company’s overall development. Dan is CEI certified (Certified Elevator Inspector) and has a Bachelor of Science Degree from St. State Cloud University in Minnesota.
