The project brought forth unique challenges given the existing structure and adaptive use. Our design drawings and finite engineering were utilized by the various contractors to produce the seven varying wall types on the project, including a six-story sculptural glass atrium that houses flying live and static models. The original concept required the design of five-ton pivoting showcase doors and massive light boxes. The final design features a completely pre-engineered tension facade.
