Church Campus Property Loss

Lerch Bates was retained to assess this six-building church campus following a large Texas hail event to determine the extent of damage. Lerch Bates observed conditions of wear and tear to the building enclosure that would require further repair to maintain building performance. However, a key component to this and all claims is the required expertise to assess damages resulting from the event versus those resulting from deferred maintenance or other non-claim circumstances.
