Helios Education Foundation and Vince Roig Convening Center

Completed in 2021, this 65,000 square foot campus is designed to fulfill the client’s mission to advance post-secondary education throughout Arizona. The site and building work together to drastically reduce potable water and energy use. The building has an energy use intensity of 37.8, a 58 perfect reduction over baseline.
