Lerch Bates performed a Pedestrian Circulation study for the Fontainebleau Miami to assess the operational and experiential impacts of integrating a new waterpark into an existing hotel and resort property. The simulation model goals were to optimize the guest experience by reducing queue times, improving accessibility to amenities, mitigating pedestrian congestion and supporting inclusive and accessible design principles while maintaining safe and comfortable pedestrian flows across the site.
